Part 2: Class A Bond Waiver

The Class A Bond Waiver requires signatures from your organization's Presiding Officer and Secretary.
The document must be filled out by the Presiding Officer first.

NOTE: After the form is submitted you will be redirected to our payment portal, AllPaid, to pay the licensing fee. Payment is only required once from the organization so please communicate with your other signers about who will be making the payment. If you are not the person that will be making the payment, can just exit out of the page once you are redirected.
